I wouldn't hold out too much hope about retrieving your save data. Hopefully you have it backed up onto the ps+ cloud, or at least a USB stick.
This looks like an hdd problem. Try reseating the hdd, and running the database rebuild again.
If that doesn't help, could be time for a new hdd.

Fifa17 only supports it on pc.
All that is still to be determined by Sony. In my case though as i'm sure you've seen i had the Glacier White console and now have the LE Gold console and it happens on both. It doesnt happen on the original PS4's for whatever reason.

My slim is black, I suppose it's safe to say that at the very least most slims are affected, likely all.
I'll keep subscribed here, hopefully it's something that can be patched out.
So I originally had the 'CE-30784-2' error due to the power lead accidentally coming away, which was loose.. I have managed to download the latest firmware update to a usb stick, however its now showing CE-34788-0 error ('connect a usb storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 4.73 or later') when trying to install it!!! I have re tried installing the file a few times, same result... I know the usb stick works as I have managed to download the bigger file containing all of the software (900mb), which it recognises & says it will install/initialise my ps4 pro if want to go ahead . Obviously I don't want to do that, as I will loose all my data. Is there anyway round this?? As it seems the issue is with the latest update/firmware, its not recognising it??
The power lead coming out has probably corrupted it so badly that the Installation Update file (smaller one will never work).. you will most probably have to use the Full Installation File.
Did you not back up any Games Saves etc.
PS Plus could have done this.. or you could have used a USB Stick.
Either way, sounds like you have to use the larger file now.

Although I had deleted the details of my card online how could you access my account, and how could you send the games to kids without warning them that they should pay for them? it is not acceptable.it is an absolute fraud that aim on youngsters. TWOpayments including £49.99 and 10p had been reduced from my aacount on 19th of August. it is not fair to treat your customers like this. the game were automatically downloaded and my son without knowing that you were going to charge him, and thinking that the games are sort of free or kind of rewards,he had played the games and now your customer service would not accept the fault and denies refunding. The Files for China (Console) could be different, they operate in a different way than the rest of the world. Pretty sure that a Console from China cannot even access the Internet from outside of China.
Yours, being an Malaysian Console should be compatible with the rest of the world.. So, the Update Files should in theory work.
Perhaps, have another word with Support.

Also, there is a link on that page which shows you how to update so you shouldn't need to ring support again for guidance.

Hey, everyone.
So I figured I would post on this place as I'm essentially lost for what to do at the moment. I'll try and keep this short.
Basically, my PS4 has been displaying occasional graphical issues for a few months, but only sporadically, never as bad as it is currently. I noticed it got particularly bad recently playing Hellblade and Horizon: Zero Dawn. I can't really find the right way to describe what it looks like, so check out the embedded videos I took whilst playing HZD to see what I mean.
This usually occurs after about 30 minutes of play and once it starts it get worse rather quickly. Nothing is really playable like this. It occurs across different games, so I know the issue is not with the software. These issues never appear whilst I am using apps like YouTube or Netflix, or when I'm just on the dashboard. I've tried switching HDMI cables and using different jacks, but no difference has been made.
I did a bit of research online and figured it might be an overheating issue, so in brief, I did open the thing up (I was a month past my warranty when it got this bad, go figure) and I replaced the thermal paste with newer stuff, reassembled it all and now the console still works as it did before...but no change at all with the graphical issues.
I get the feeling I might have to send it somewhere for proper repair, even though I don't actually know what's causing it other than possibly a faulty APU / GPU. If that's the case, then I'm presuming sending it to Sony is the only option for repair unless I just save up for another console or something (which I can't really afford anyway.)
Any help or advice that anyone could provide regarding this issue would be super appreciated. Thank you!

Oh, and here's an additional embedded video showing similar issues occurring in Skyrim, too. And the PS4 model I've got the issue with is the CUH-1200, the one with the matte instead of shiny top plate.
