Anyone else having problems download Dragons Dogma?
Is it asking for a payment method?
US accounts (depending on the state) add tax at the checkout. If this makes it more than the amount in the wallet, it will ask for a payment method to pay the remaining amount. Being a $30 game, I would imagine the tax would make it more than $32.40
Also, US forum is at https://community.playstation.com/ there will be people there with better knowledge of which states add tax at the checkout, and how much it will be

There are usually two versions, a small and a big one, of each firmware: the patch to update an existing firmware and the complete firmware to set up a new system. I'm quite sure that this fix would have also worked by rebuilding his database, but who knows =)

I updated today to 5.0 & my ps4 crashed. It updated & then it just kept shutting off. It stays on for 3 min. And goes off everytime. Does anyone know what I can do ? I called Sony & all they said I'm so sorry. Absolutely no help or customer care. How nice of them. I guess I’ll just get the Xbox with a real 4K blue ray. Since they just don’t give a crap.

please revoke this trolls ability too post in forums. not only he did not have the same problem as everyone to begin with he posted a FIXED post that doesnt even work, it also wipes your hardrive clean, which screws most of the people following this post because almost everyone here saves their games too HDD. a big .i.. too you.

Don't bother, it doesn't do anything. The problem, I think, is that customer support is treating us all case-by-case, but the issue is to do with the new update and non-functional (or damaged) BD drives. I suspect the problem won't be fixed until they push a new update, or someone crafts a workaround.
