GT Sport Collectors Edition Codes not working
Got my Collector version today, unfortunatelly only one voucher were working the second one not, but i was wondering why they have send me 2 vouchers with the same content 1 500 000 credits... 2 times but only one working :(

Why does the download stop at the half
The download doesn't stop. Half is downloaded and playable right away, the rest will be downloading in the background

I have tried to update to the new 5.0 update, but it wont work. I have tried EVERYTHING! From buying a new usb to folowing every single instruction.
When I start the ps4 up it says that its checking the system storage, and even when the usb with the update is in it, it just says "cannot start the PS4. Connent the DS4 using the USB cable and then press the ps4 button."
When I press the button, it says to connect a USB device with the update for version 4.73 or later. When I do that and press OK it says the update file can't be used and then repeat abot the usb and file and reinstallion version 4.73 or later and then the error code CE-34788-0.
What can I do? I have tried safe mode but it wont do ANYTHING! HELP!

You need to download and install the larger "installation" file, it's 900MB. Not the smaller "update" file at 380MB
On the software update page on the PS website, scroll down to "perform a new installation" of the system software.
Before you download it to USB, delete the smaller update file you already have on it

This free fix seriously does not apply to everyone. also I'm still pretty skeptical you can send in a ps4 in any condition for free. Im eager to see any post of anyone getting this free service with no hiccups and their system back at their house able to accept the update get online and play. Then you can say you received a free fix. Until then your still just talking to reps with no say so in the service center.

U need to move a chip from the original logic board to the one you bought it's a really tricky business

Clearly your not paying very close attention. Doesn't matter what customer service says period. They can say whatever they want to you. Unless your talking to the service center don't have a leg to stand on. Furthermore you don't think it's strange your the only person from north America that posted receiving the magical free fix?

First time posting but have been watching this thread for a while, i called sony earlier today told support about my problem and was told that since my warrenty sticker is gone my system cannot be taken in for repair, not even a paid repair... so basically sony is completely refusing to fix my system.... gotta love paying $300+ for a paper weight...

The problem is they outsource this idiocy called support way too much. Most of them are reading cards the other half I think just sort of b.s. their way through it so you don't get irritate on the phone. Like when they told us a patch is coming forever then it never did. They have cookie cutter setups and at the end of the day they don't wanna be at work and don't really care about you as an individual.they just want to pacify you with whatever you need to hear and get you off the phone or kick you up to service to take the next ***** off 14 year olds call.
