I think my PS4 is dying
Yeah im having the same issues here about 25 mins ago it kept resetting my classes on Rainbow Six Siege then took 5 mins to turn off i put it in safe mode then it came up with an error so it reset its self then went back on safe mode i connected my controller and was met with my screen frozen on the option menu. I think its safe to say my PlayStation is now a TV box and cannot play games. If anyone has any ideas or suggestion feel free to shoot if not then type F to pay respects. Thanks!

PS4 microphone not working
So I have a microphone which I’ve tested through PlayStation and it works got the sound where it’s not too loud and everything. The output is coming through the headset but when I talk it doesn’t register but it does when I test it in settings I don’t know what else to do

PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
It was working perfectly since the pro launched! It was pretty much the work around and now something has changed in the past week or two... I’m sure it had something to do with ps4 update, either 5.0 or 5.01. It happen twice now! Anyone with a one x please let us know if it still happens!

It's still about a month away? You will have to wait for it's release. It might be available to download a couple of days only and be locked until release, but I don't think DLC is ever available to pre-load.

i don't know what to say. if you are sure the save file is on your PS4, then the only thing remains that they may be of different regions, there are no other reasons for this issue. or as far as i know.

I'm sure there's a "Collectors Edition" (or some kinda additional edition), so you or you're friend (or whoever you borrowed it off, not sure. But you can't contact them? 
) might have this version
It also seems that not all of Europe uses the same version of the game (apparently), so you'd want to make sure it's from the same country to be safe with this game

PS4 System Software Update 5.01 [24/10/17]
I really wish I knew why I spoke with customer service two weeks ago, they agree to send me box to send my ps4 in to be looked at note was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive on business day 7 I get email box is on its way and still nothing. I am wondering what ever happened to customer service??? BILLIONS of $$$ made and this is what we get for hard earned money... something is really wrong here!!

Platinum Ps4 Headset wont charge
Same problem here. The headset only charges at the ps4 or ps3 USB port. I've tried so many ports and cables in different PC. Any awnser? Sony? I want to use on PC while charging like my old Pulse Elite and the 1st Pulse as well.

So what do I do about all the stuff I lose by initializing? I have PlayStation plus so I have some save games but God knows how far back they go? I'm going to try the update process one last time from scratch but if it fails I'm ready to give up.

Using PSN account with all users on PS4
Hey there. I had a read through your post (got a bit confused by what exactly you are wanting to do), but if you have your account activated as primary on that console, then your content will be shared with other users on the console.
However,
- Online functionality requires a PSN account to be signed in, cannot be done without the children signing in, whether this be on their accounts or your account.
- Online games and apps are still age restricted, doesn't matter what parental settings you have set up. These only let them play games offline. So if the children are under whatever age the games age is set to for online, then they won't be able to play it
- If they play on your account (because they are too young to play the game online, or whatever other reason), all trophies and save data will be locked to your account. They can't be transferred to another account

Notifications are not working after update
With the recent update my only some of my notifications are working correctly if somebody sends me a picture or a message the notifications are not working but if somebody sends me an invite to a game or a chat invite or when somebody logs on or off those work but when it comes to just getting messages it is not working I have to keep my phone near me with PlayStation Messenger to hear the sound so I don't miss my notification messages

Got the Scorpio Edition One X today. Traded in the pro. So far it’s fine. No blackouts on two games I picked up. Fingers crossed. Surprised no one else has posted about the One X. Hopefully it stays this way

Error Code SU-41350-3 (it's not in the ec directory)
I can't get my system to initialize. I've followed every step and the moment my system reboots it pulls up saying it cannot initialize.
Is there a work around for this as of yet?
