Guys! Finally I made this, i repaired console by myself. I bought brand new blu-ray power cable, and ribbon from motherboard to bd drive, and that's it, not more, not less. Update went just fine :) And finally I'm back in game.

i have been using my german psn account for one month, now they ask me for a verification age through my passport, the problem is that it only works with german passports couse they dont give an option for interntional passports so the numbers obviously dont match. how can i verificate my age or am i just entering the wrong numbers?

If you absolutely must turn it off, put it into rest mode. Make sure you have the correct settings.

Cannot connect DS4 to PS4
Dear Community,
Recently I have a problem with my ds4 controller which won't connect to my ps4. This is a known issue as alot of people are having this problem and can solve it. However, I do not have any idea on how to fix this as I have tried alot of different solutions which were working for other people. So my question is; can anyone help me out here?
Below I have listed a few things I have already tried.
- Turn off all the power to the console, controller and TV
- 5 different cables including 2 original PS4 controller cables
- All the safe mode options (initialize PS4, initialize PS4 (reinstall system software), data rebuild, restore default settings, system update)
- Tried to use a friend his controller
- My controller is working via Bluetooth on PC. Also connects to my friend his PS4 although I had to manually connect them via settings with the share and PS button)
- Tried connecting them in every single combination with reset, different cable, power off, etc.
- Tried using a keyboard to tap into the settings, but unfortunately I could only use the pause break, which is ment to be the PS4 button for keyboard. This only got me to the ‘’power off or rest mode’’ options. (this was before factory resetting the ps4)
- I have tried using remote control via PC, laptop and android. This probably didn’t work as I needed to be logged in on the PS4
- Opened up both my controller and console to check if Bluetooth hardware was broken, which wasn’t the case
I assume it’s a known Bluetooth problem where the receiving device sometimes has a problem connecting to other devices which were connected to eachother before. To get them reunited again, the receiver has to manually forget, or manually connect through settings. The reason behind my idea is because its actually a known Bluetooth issue, which also happens when I try connecting it twice to my pc.
My final question to you guys is: is there any way I can get into settings without having to connect a Bluetooth controller? I was thinking of a wired controller as the DS4 is only connecting through Bluetooth, even when the cable is attached between the two.
Yesterday I had a phonecall with Sony, they offered me to send in my ps4 for repair with a guaranteed working one sent back for a price of €150. As most of you would probably agree, this is kind of much and it would be a waste if there is a different way to get into settings.

As I've told before, I'm in Brazil and my PS4 was bought in USA. Brazilian support told me they couldn't help because it's not a brazilian console.
Yesterday I've contacted USA support and they asked me to send it to USA through brazilian support.
My hope is coming back!

PS4 System Software Update 5.01 [24/10/17]
Twice I lost my game data now due to this update I just spent money on store for my computer to freeze up then shuts down and come bk on with storage problems I know for well fact it's not the storage that's causing this you need to make a new update and get it done fast because you guys are starting to ***** me off Xbox wouldn't do this ***** sort it out
