Horizon zero dawn installation problem
I'm having the same issue. I bought the disc version of the game in the USA, downloaded the Frozen Wild expansion from the U.S store and it just quits downloading at 2.151gb. Not only am i unable to download the Frozen wild, but it has locked me out of the base game and will not start at all! I've free'd up over 200 gigs of space, uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, updated system software, ran the patches and rebuilt the database and nothing! any help in resolving the matter is appreciated!

I found one twitter post.. (I think) in relation to this error.
1. Restart your network equipment
2. Restart your console
I don't want to dish out inaccurate information, so if the above doesn't work for anyone, then contacting PS support might be your best bet, if you can.

I can’t get in my PS4 because of this update file 5.00 it says “ Connect a USB Storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation version 5.00 or later.You can download the update file for reintallation from playstion.com. “ and Whalen I click okay it says no device connected and won’t stop doing this.

La pantalla no me funciona
Tengo la ps4 pro desde hace 4 meses y mi problema es que desde hace poco la consola a los 10-30 minutos de estar jugando le empiezan a salir un monton de rayas por toda la pantalla impidiendo la jugabilidad. Ya he intentado cambiar de tele, el cable hdmi, le he cambiado la resolucion, la he encendido desde el modo seguro... Por favor, si alguien sabe como arreglarlo que me ayude

Well I just complained because of my console not having stickers its not being fixed for free, I arranged the console to be fixed on the FU#CKING 14th of October and they got it on the 17 that’s when I got the email saying I had to pay.
I then called that day saying I will not be paying for this ***** (they must take me for a d#ckhead) so they said they would send it me back, after a long phone war I just gave in and said to send it back I’ll fix it myself.
But here comes the retarded part, they said I would receive and email a week later on my parcel return from DPD but week went by no answer so I called again and to see what’s taking so long and they said that it comes in batches this was on the 24th of October so I kept waiting.
ITS NOW NOVEMBER ***** 8th and I haven’t received any news on when I’m getting my ***** console back so I called one more time to only hear “oh sorry we don’t know why it’s taking this long” and that I would have to wait a week for it to be taken to someone who actually knows ***** RIGHT OFF at this point im Just done, and it’s not even like they are sending it me fixed so if that’s the case the ***** are they doing to it.
Just seeing how people have already got their consoles back without stickers for free and I’m here waiting for something that’s not even been looked at since last month, why is my case being treated differently..... actually ***** bothers me. 😒😡

PS4 System Software Update 5.01 [24/10/17]
I can't so anything with my system mow because it won't initialize. I've tried th Ethernet option which didn't work and moved on to the USB option which isnt working either.
To make it worse I seem to get different error messages every time.
So far I've gotten:

SU-41337-8
Anybody getting any of these and figure out a work around?

Hey Rich. I wanted to follow up with you about the X. Received my Xbox yesterday afternoon and had it running till about 12 midnight. Ran games on it most of the night with zero issues. For my case in particular, chances are I would have lost connection with my PS4. I’m going to continue testing it out throughout the week, but I’m leaning towards the PS4 being the issue.

Yo yoo! Was having a back and forth with the host. I got the Scorpio Edition yesterday. It’s fine so far as well. Same tv. Looks like it may be a compatibility issue between Sony and certain TVs. Fingers crossed! I did get some type of cut out when booting up the system, but it wasn’t an hdmi cut out. I think it was a momentary glitch, because the screen froze for a second then it happened but setting menu still opened. Otherwise it’s been great. I️ bought two games and they both run flawless thus far

PS4 System Software Update 5.01 [24/10/17]
I've resolved the issue now.
Started PS 4 in safe mode, reinitialised the system to take it back to default settings. (Option 4-Restore Default Settings) DO NOT reformat the HDD. Follow the prompts. System now connects wirelessly.

I am in the US.
i admit I was skeptical about anything being fixed for free but I just got my PS4 back 20 minutes ago. I checked the serial number and it is my original PS4 , they replaced the Blu-ray drive for free and now it works and is updated to the 5.01.
