Have you got any device's close to the system such as external storage HDD or any other Bluetooth or wireless devices? If so try moving them away from the system,it has been reported external storage HDD's have been causing interference with controller's and headsets.

LAN cable not connected or lan cable unplugged error randomly happens
Got my PS4 slim for Xmas. No problem until about 3 weeks ago. I generally use is for media, only occasionally for gaming. I do get this message at least once a night, while streaming Netflix or amazon. It stops by itself, with no interruption except the error message itself. Have not moved the unit since setting it up. My first attempt will be to wrap the cat6 cable to make it fit more snugly. I’ll report back with results.

Update 5.05 error (SU-41350-3)
It won’t let me turn on my PlayStation without the update so it said to plug in a usb with the update and when I tried it said it couldn’t update the file and shows an error (SU-41350-3) which isn’t being recognized when I search for it. What am I meant to do?

Same here, but just recently, both with NAT type 2. No party available and no online gaming with each other, however we can join other parties and hear each other, not so in online gaming though. Thats a solid no go!

Fortnite? You'd have to talk to Epic Games. But if it was a matter of "I'll trade you this for that" and the user didn't keep their side of the deal, I doubt a lot will be done. Hopefully you've learnt a valuable lesson though. - Don't trust people

I encountered a glitch in DBD for ps4 when you have Unbreakable or No Mither and recover on the exact frame the Killer picks you up you will just crawl around the map but you will be in the injured state just thought I would tell you because I thought it was funny when me and my friends figured this out please don't remove it.

Can you please tell me if when you first re-initialised your PS4 to download the system update (bottom link on Playstation.com) if it deleted all of your saved data? I'm panicking right now because I have no idea why my PS4 has all of a sudden started asking me to update my system software via USB which I did multiple times, exactly how it to do and it isn't working. I'm so scared that I'm going to lose all of my video clips, screenshots and saved game data that I have memories if I install that big update.
