5.0 Update Won't Install
How can I get my ps4 to work, because I have installed the update file 29 times and have done everything from reinstall software, rebuild system,, restart and reinitialize and nothing works. I feel like just making damn bomb to take it to a field and just blow this frooking ps4 the F up, I'm sick of this crap, sony should make this crap not happen or make it way easier to fix, because I've been trying to fix this damn thing for a month!!!!

5.0 Update Won't Install
I agree I got my ps4 3 months ago because the vr went on sale but a month ago it just stopped and kept saying use a damn usb to reinstall update 5.50 or later which i did and it said it couldn't be used, so I reinitialized, restarted, rebuild ed and everything else for a whole month now . I have downloaded over 11Gb in update files according to my downloads history and nothing works. I think I am ready to take it to the middle of my friends field and just blow it up literally lol. Since I got banned from microsoft thanks to a friend screwing with mods on my account while I was away, I can't go xbox either because my ipban.

Wireless Gold Headset won't turn on or charge
Definitely seems to be a bit of an issue this. I'm in the same boat as you, and I've been through this forum and all related threads trying to find a 'fix' but to no avail. Some people have dropped lucky resetting the headset through the Companion app but neither my PS3 or PS4 will even recognise the headset.

Graphic Issues in Every game.
Hi everyone,
Id like to get some thoughts on some issues im having with my 3 month old PS4 slim. The problem started the other day when playing Horizon Zero Dawn, I noticed alot of issues with textures pop in and blur, at first i thought its maybe just the game but ive been getting the same problems with other games such as Assassins creed origins, Fortnite and Ghost Recon Wildlands. Im really confused as everthing was fine a week ago. Is it worth getting a new PS4?
P.S My PlayStation has also been getting super hot underneath on the top right hand corner

Start the PS4 in safe mode and select option 5, rebuild database, hopefully that will fix things

Can't install themes when bought, untill a system reboot.
Can anyone tell me why when I purchase themes from the store. I tend to go to https://store.playstation.com/en-us/home/games instead of using my consoles webstore.
I can't seem to download the theme until I turn off my console then reboot it.. Is there a way to be able to buy a theme from webstore and have the theme just auto download asap. Because i go to my settings then to themes and when I click on the theme I bought but it tells me
'Cannot Use the content
To Use the content, purchase it from Playstation Store'.
WELL DUH!! i just did grr.. is there a button i need to check off to have this thing fixed or something.
As you can tell by the image.. that's the theme I just got, it was free. I got it from the link above, instead of going through my consoles dashboard, then to the webstore.
When, i click on go to playstation store. I get
'This Content Cannot Be Selected At This Time.'
But, once I turn off my console completely and reboot, the lock box will be gone.. I don't want to keep on rebooting console just for silly themes..
and before anyone says it 'Well don't buy themes then, if you don't want to reboot'. I hear you hahaha lol.

Ps4 L2 Button Fix
Can confirm this issue on my new gen controller. Slightly holding L2 and all. Wondering if my warranty will work if i have no receipt.

Can't install themes when bought, untill a system reboot.
I'm not sure if there's anything in settings that can change this. Sounds like a bug between the two communicating until the console has restarted to refresh.
You can try restoring licences
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
Remote download from the webstore (to your primary console)

Network error
My internet is not the problem here, I have reset it so many times and yet I still get kicked out of my party when talking to my friends. It has only recently started happening, and it is really irritating both me and my friends. Is there any way to sort this because it gets really annoying when you’re trying to play a team game and suddenly you have to stop playing to rejoin the group.

PS4 won't turn on after update
I've tried everything from download on the USB drive trying to reinstall erasing everything all the options available nothing has worked for me I think this was just a scam by PlayStation for us to buy new system consoles and you know waste more money on new hard drive excetera excetera I think it's all bs you know it's just a scam for PS to make more money off of us,plus charging us for monthly membership that's BS dude I got billed for my monthly membership the other day by the auto repay and I called and cancelled membership i iold guy from customer service I ain't going to pay my membership my Ps don't even turn on then the guy from PlayStation told me said oh you can send it in to get it fixed for $99 man its still going to have the same problem later on ,I don't think so even the new Pros or having issues,im tired of having to hassle with this I am just I'm going to save my money and instead of buying a pro and going through the same ***** I'm going to buy myself a new Xbox One you know and I won't get charged monthly membership bs like ps if you ask me I think it was done by PlayStation to make more money even the new PS4 are having off the shelf if the ps4 pro is having the same issue what does that mean what does that tell you it's a virus from the update and its done by PlayStation and if somebody from PlayStation is reading this contact me and you can help me resolve this but I've done everything possible so you know what I am talking about this problem is posted everywhere on the internet, youtube etc ...ive always been on a PlayStation since the beginning but i guess its time to buy something else besides PlayStation consoles from now on ,good luck everyone and this is just a piece of my mind and opinion dont want to hurt anyone's feelings but think about it ive been a PlayStation fan since day 1 i just dont take kindly to a bunch of BS......

Error CE-36244-9
I turned on my PS4 to play an online match on Fifa18, but as I was about to start I saw the need to update (FIFA 18: Version 1.10), the problem im facing is that the download either starts but only downloads for the first second or two than it would disappear and would show nothing as if it has stopped (no download speed or remaining time text) shortly after I'd get the CE-36244-9 error code, or I get the CE-36244-9 error code instantly.
Retries haven't worked ofcourse.
I have noticed something quite wierd though, got some reason when I go to the notification> downloads, I see that the image (thumbnail) next to the FIFA18 text isn't right, it has a picture of another game, a game called "Fortnite"
I tried restarting my PlayStation and router and a bunch of other things I read on the EA forum without any luck.
Please help!
