Have you tried deleting the corrupt download at all? If not delete it, restart the console and try again.

No signal from my Pro's HDMI to anything, black screens all around. Happened after the update, so it might be a believable suspect for this problem. For anyone who cares, here's a more detailed explanation of the issue on my end.

Trouble installing games on disc
My ps4 plays disc games that are already installed alright. When putting in new games however, it shows an error for a damaged or dirty disc. The small amount of times this message doesn't pop up, I'm just stuck in the menu waiting for the game to install. Which is usually stuck at a certain percentage

PS4 wont connect controllers
Since January, Our PS4 will not connect any controllers.
We have 4 official PS4 controllers in the household (2 Star Wars ones from this Darth Vadar edition PS4) and 2 DS4? from my son's PS4 which he bought in September.
Right now we have one DS4 connected to the Vadar PS4 but none of the others will connect anymore. Even plugging in the charge lead to instigate connection will not work.
I also tried resetting the controllers but still same result.
Same controllers will connect to other PS4 so not controller specific.
Also, the one remaining linked controller works fine, both connected by lead and by Bluetooth. I can't risk disconnecting this controller as I could then end up with none connected at all.
Also, when we plug in our G29 wheel by cable, it is recognised and connects that as a controller.
Can anybody please advise of the possible issue and fix?

Controller Directional pad right arrow unresponsive.
Hello, One of my controllers Directional pads stopped detecting input on the the right Dpad arrow. I left it allow for a while, disassembled it, put it together and it worked fine. While playing, it stopped working (Again :/) so I researched fixes, finding that not many people had the same issue. I took it apart multiple times, reset it multiple times, replaced the silicon, replaced the Dpad its self, inspected the connector to find zero visible damage. Only the right button does not work. Does anyone know what is causing this?

PS4 microphone not working
I have the same issue with Plantronics RIG500 headsets.. microphone stopped working after 5.05 on ALL my headsets and all PS4's after the update. its detected but its like it dosent get any power.

Graphic Issues in Every game.
sounds like the gpu(graphics chip) is overheating try cleaning out the fans and if your feeling brave you could open the ps4 up and change the thermal paste plenty of you tube vids on doing this

How do I change my son age on ps4 sub account
To be fair we’ve just today bought a PS4, we have an Xbox but the son wanted PS4 to play with friends etc. I made him save and buy it himself. Well done him. I set up the parent and then child account, he went onto Fortnite, can’t play and I can’t find an option to override. On Xbox if he tries to access anything above his age, I have to approve or not with my pin. I can allow him access to a game I have deemed ok for him, while maintaining all the other percentual controls. I can given him permanent access, one time access or block. Does PS4 have this function? He has Fortnite on Xbox and iOS.

How do I change my son age on ps4 sub account
The above link could be helpful to understanding your situation.
You can set Age Restrictions, Spending Limits etc from the Parental Controls. But when he goes to play online, his age will prevent him playing any game that has a higher Rating.
You also fund the Master Account (Yours) and give your Son a spending Limit. He won't have a PSN Wallet for money, when he buys something via his Account, it draws the money from your Account.
