Re-downloaded call of duty ww2 downloads to half way then boots me out
I re-downloaded cod ww2 after downloading the game, It had an update for me to dl at the halfway point it kicks me out of screen, in my menu it shows it’s paused and if I click on it it boots me out immediately, I’ve tried to restart it millions of times but nothing works how do I solve this?

Cancel the update. Start the console in safe mode and run option 5 "Rebuild Database" then try the update again.

download stops half way
Ive tried everything in the thread and nothing is working for me but my problem is a little different as im on the download screen the progress bar dissappears and im left on that screen until i log out or power down after the download says paused but i canot open the progress bar screen and it doesnt download

You have the most ignoramus way of customer support I had just spoken with someone at 200am to repair an issue my nephew caused and I made it perfectly clear I want my Ps plus subscription active but guess what I don't have it or the things I paid for on the game defiance and when I try to reach out to have it taken care of apparently you don't have a night service detail to help after midnight hmm but I had jus spoken to someone around 130 2 am I have it on a million dollar guess most of your customers play games late at night in to the wee hours of the morning so who are they to have their issues fixed in an emergency I'm leaving my email and I prefer a manager to get back to me with my problems like that I paid for PlayStation plus and bought a lot of add ons and and as well as having them taking my credit card information off when I specifically said do not remove it because I had fixed the problem with my 5 years old nephew not being allowed access 2 my info I really don't want to have a whole news and news paper issue involved you need to have more service offered for all of your customers it's called customers feelings and their happiness comes first before any other problems that ppl have with what your employees have with their snack cart or how much a ***** the last caĺler was because if you treat people with the respect dervered at the out right you will have happy ppl and less stress to use that mind for something epic and revolutionary trust me I was a CEO for external harddrives and ya fake email I know

Notification sound has changed
Ever since the new update, my notification sound has changed. The sound you usually get when your controller disconnects is now the sound for every notification. I've gone into safe mode and reset all of my settings but nothing has changed. Is there any way to fix this?

PS4 won’t start, black screen and then turns off
My PS4 started freezing up last night so I turned it off and it booted back in safe mode. Said I needed to download a recalibration on my PC, put it on a USB and plug it in. Did all that, and then the PS4 wouldn’t turn on. The logo would come up and then the screen would go black and after around twenty-thirty seconds or so, the console would turn off. Still boots in safe mode but anything I try and do from there only leads to the black screen issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
