I've got to call them again and see if I can get someone more reasonable. I unplugged mine for a bit the other day and let it set .Then plugged it back up after 24 hours. I tried 6 of the 7 options and wrote down every code I got. I even wrote to the person who is the head of the division PlayStation is under about thr terrible customer support. PlayStation is under Sony Interactive Entertainment, LLC. No word from them yet .maybe never at all

You use WIFI not Bluetooth...
Bluetooth is still way to slow for Data Transfer... for any media still...
You install A DLNA SERVER to stream media... from mobile to PS4 via WIFI connections to the PS Media player
You use WIFI hot spot on the mobile to connect the Phone as a internet access point to the Console and then use the DATA tariff on your mobile...
All these have very detailed info allready on multi web sites, for non English users they will be available in sewdish or google translate to swedish can help...
You do not use Bluetooth for connecting Mobile to PS4 at all... Zip, nothing, ZERO, no connections from PS4 to mobile...

Don't take this the wrong way, but why should Adults whome play Adult games of an Age Rating of over 18 have to put up with whinging squeakers with foul language and bad sportsmanship. It's not nice to hear in games with Open Chat.
Yes, I can appreciate that not all kids are the same and some have a great upbringing and value sportsmanship... Sony have to abide with the Laws of the Age Verification System (Ratings on Games). Offline is oki, but playing Online, these Laws have to take effect.

I killed butcher over 30 times, g and still dont get it in ps4, set ruby on any items i get in all items, gems but dont have this achievment too, enchant item 1, i have achievment for all items enchant and put on all slots but no for 1 item enchanted, do all missions in chapter 1 i done it but no achievment becouse of butcher my nick is doctor-1995 please help

They can rate all they want, but they shouldn't prohibit. That's my call as a parent. My son can't even start the YouTube app! It's a stupid policy and people are just going to find other ways around these blocks by creating new users with fake DOBs, f.ex..
We just got a PS4 Pro last weekend and my frustration comes from my experience with the youtube app. My son doesn't play online-games.
Kids under 13 watch youtube. That's a fact of life. There should be a way to handle this without faking stuff.

PSVR, YOUTUBE SHAKING AND BAD PICTURE
Hey guys, I have PSVR for a few months.. and all the games and apps work fine and I am pleased with the overall quality. But there is only one thing I have a problem with, and its youtube. Its shaking like crazy, I use the Playstation VR version of youtube and its shaking up and down and it makes me feel so dizzy, I nearly vomited thats how bad it was.
What is the issue?. I feel like there is nothing wrong with my PSVR headset, because if there was then surely it would happen on all my games and other apps?, but this problem only seems to happen on youtube when I use PSVR. There is some great 360 videos I want to watch on youtube but its becoming a huge saga because I feel so sick to watch it as the screen is shaking violently.

Strange.. I can access YouTube on a PC or Mobile Tablet etc without difficulty.. No need to sign into a YouTube Account to view content whatsoever. No Age Restrictions to stop viewing. Just enter the Web Site and view away.
Yes, kids break the Terms of Service, and Yes... they come here complaining their Accounts have been banned by Sony.. Without photographic proof of that age they declare as true and accurate, they cannot prove any Age Verification.
Should Sony adopt that every single Account has to be Age Verified by some means?? It wouldn't go down well.. People like their privacy.
It's the nature of the world that kids want access to everything at even younger ages than before... we are no longer living in the Stone Age... but really I'm on your side to a certain degree.. but I don't beleave it should be left down to the Parents alone.. most will just cave in for the easy life. I applaud Parents that don't let their kids run riot.

DLC's missing
Hi. I have purchased COD Black Ops III- Zombies Chronicles Edition and the Season Pass.
All is downloaded: Black Ops III, Zombies Chronicles DLC, Awakening DLC, The Giant Map, Eclipse DLC, Descent DLC, Salvation DLC.
In library and ps store, all says installed. Awakening DLC says purchased.
But when I open the game all DLC's are missing. Their content is nowhere inside the game.
Only Awakening DLC and The Giant Map are inside the game.
I tried: delete the game application, inicializate console and download all again, restore licenses, set PS4 as principal, download the content again from library and ps store.
All DLC's are missing: Zombies Chonicles DLC, Eclipse DLC, Descent DLC, Salvation DLC.
This happened after the system update and game update recently.
So, my question is if I reinstall the software of the system using USB, this could fix the issue? For this I will have to inicializate my PS4.
Or any solution, I'll appeciate everything!

the music tab went missing from my quick menu. It was there yesterday, now it's gone. I can't find any way to add it. it's not listed in menu items when you customize the quick menu. any ideas welcome

I'm starting to get the same error code (CE-30095-7) everytime I try to boot up Rainbow Six Siege. Time started with my extended storage being disconnected when it shouldn't have been, and when I tried to repair it, it wouldn't work, so I formatted the storage and reinstalled the app, but when I tried to start it, I got the error code. So I tried doing what you said regarding option 5 in Safe Mode but that did nothing. After that, I tried initializing my PS4, but that also didn't work. So, because the game I'm trying to play is a disc game, I thought maybe it was just dirty, so I tried to clean it, but that also didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore and this upsets me because it's probably my favorite game. What should I try to do?

5.0 Update Won't Install
Dude I have the same problem. The only difference is that mine was accidently unplugged while playing a game. After plugging it back in and restoring database it worked until it froze and now it's doing to "update to 5.50" thing but every option I used doesn't work and I get multiple codes. I even switched out the hard drive for a new one. Now it can't find the file on the USB to update and I can't select any other options.
I've called playPlaySta support. Said the same thing to me. That I had to pay to get it fixed since it was a hardware issue .They are denying that anything is wrong with the update. And they have said they have had no complaints from users.

PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
Unfortunately there is no fix that is sustainable to my knowledge.
This is not game specific, we have seen cases where the dropouts even happens at home screen.
Sony has not acknowledged that this problem even exists and it’s been 2 years by now.
