If you mean the north american link it works fine, just tried it myself https://community.playstation.com/
As you have a Canadian account it should work just fine. If you're having trouble reaching it you might want to check your connection and check with your ISP
Do you hear sound from earphones?
If yes, you just have to switch off hdcp in options.
Find full menu on website and go blindly by sounds and turn HDCP off.

I am on PS4 and when I AMA on and I try to access the store it gets stuck on please wait and never loads. The store workable on my phone but then I can't fret things on games.

Hi. Thanks for the tip. I haven’t had any trouble with Bluetooth interference in the past. I recently added an external USB hard drive and I had placed it on the left hand side of the PS4 between the Bluetooth antenna and the controllers. I moved the HDD to the right hand side and it is better but not 100%. I believe one of my controllers may have a worn out joystick but it seems to be affecting both controllers. I am charging other peripherals on the other port using a non-powered USB hub. I do have a powered hub which I will try and see if that helps

Having the same problem where are the solutions to this incredibly annoying problem. I installed the game first time all good no problems get to the main screen scrolled down to dlc as I had the season pass. Proceeded to download all the free content backed out then I was prompted to restart the game for the content to work. I go ahead restart the game then it all begins to go south. Please someone post a fix for this ready to break the disc. I know the PS4 is fine as I have installed horizon zero dawn no problems.

I totally get that you should be able to control what your son has access to, regardless of how unsuitable it may be for his age, but when it comes to age-restricted online gaming with grown ups? I'm with Sony on this one.

Hi there was wondering do I need too plug in the headset in controller too get bad sound or wireless with the platinum headset
Bought wireless stereo headset 2.0 for my grandson last week and he's having problems with them when he's online he can hear his friends but they can't hear him, the instruction book is useless all it basically says is plug in charge up and go can anyone advise as to what to do or have Sony offered up any help? as these are to expensive to through out.

J'ai un soucis plutôt agaçant avec ma manette PS4... La manette c'est mise à trembler continuellement sans motif apparent, j'ai réinitialisé la manette et les vibrations ce sont arrêtées..
Mais depuis ce souci la touche options me fait des screen écran à chaque fois que j’appuie dessus et c'est vraiment problématique. 
La réinitialisation ne change rien au problème :/

Can someone please help me? I have a problem with Sharefactory importing (aka: the images don't show up). I am making an outro video so I need those images onto my ps4 on Sharefactory. I followed all YouTube videos and the net to the letter, but it didn't help. The 2 images are JPEG's and I created the right folders (one called Sharefactory and another inside it called Images (with a folder called Music, but I don't think its helpful). If anyone can help me or give any advice, I will be greatful, as it will be better than anything that I can do solo. Thank-you in advance :)
Borrow some one else Computer and another USB stick and get them to transfer files and standard 1080p and lower jpeg images of google and google drive on to the USB stick... and give that USB stick to you...
This will show were the issue is...
You can now use the import function in share factory and then set about fixing the other device issue later...
If the OTHER images not created by you now import, its the software you used to create the image edits... Use some thing else...
If all images now import Its the USB sick you were using...
If all images import from the same USB stick drive but don't when you use the USB drive on your PC its your PC hardware/software messed up the USB stick...
Good luck fixing that it can be millions of different apps and software programs messing with the USB stick depending on what you installed...

Actually fixed it. Must have been corrupted data. Did a quick Initialize, and when I signed back in it was all back to normal.
So i have been having problems with downloading games from ps4 store and every time i start downloading a game,i recive a error code(CE-40851-8)so i visited more than a hundred sites to see what the problem is and apparently other peaple are having the same problem. I even tried to get help from ps4 help library on playstation site but it didn’t even recognize the error code and didn’t find any awnsers from other sites.
if any one knows who to get rid of this error code...please help!!
Just 4 the negative people our children are more clever than we think .. what stops them making there own email address and account ... my 14 year old told me Dad it's all in the inter net how and how to hide the account from parents .. .
I'm just so lucky to have 2 good lads that are truthfull.

Kids maybe good at using the internet in one way but on the other hand they are terrible at keeping themselves safe online. Quite often they will share login details and account information for in game content etc and lose their accounts and get screwed over financially usually via the bank of mum and dad.
