My assasins creed game is stuck on install in progress and it won't pass beyond 23%. What could be the problem?

"Cannot sign in using another player's sign-in ID"
Man, it really sucks. That happened to me, before it just said An error has occurred, then that after you try a couple more. The only fix I could get was to create another user and use the playstation network account on it. Maybe its because its a bugg, I don't really know.

External HDD with PS4 hub
Same issue was Hoping Sony would have Fixed this issue given the fact that an External HDD is kind of a must now of days given the size of games and updates but if Sony doesn't want to support aftermarket USB hubs Sony could at least
release a SONY USB hub, although I have recently seen a few aftermarket USB hubs on Amazon that claim to support external hard drive use, as for the validity of this claim I can't say for sure as I have not purchased one and there is no external HDD specific reviews as of yet, and Not using my external HDD is not an option at this point and on top of that I've noticed that Chargers and headset dongles also will Not Function unless they are plugged directly into the console. So I'm not sure how much longer my One USB port it's going to hold out but the Constant switching out of different devices and chargers especially since I now own a PlayStation VR.

Not getting notifications
I found out that if you go to
messages->options button->privacy settings and set receiving to everyone that it'll fix the issue. These settings are separate to going directly to notifications and messing with the settings there so make sure you go to messages. Hope this helps.

sometimes it took up to 2 days for a reply. it took me almost 2 weeks to get everything back fixed. They are very busy.

Very Slow Connection Speed
There are multiple people saying that they are using ethernet cables and having the same issues yet everyone is blaming wifi. I am using an ethernet cable on my PS4 and getting around 6-8 Mbps. On my PC and Xbox I am getting around 100 Mbps and I am using wifi on those. When I'm connected to wifi on my PS4 I get around 6-8 Mbps. Just in case you guys were going to blame the ethernet cable. So does anyone here have a real solution to this problem because it is well documented since the PS4 came out.

PS4 stuck in loop
I just bought a new PS4 after having some issues with my old one. I signed into my new account and started downloading my old games. When I go to PlayStation vue it says that it can’t find the application and go to to the store. It sends me to the store but under PlayStation vue in the store it says start. When I hit start it says it can’t find the application and sends me back to the store. I can’t find the application anywhere and I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Broken ps4 hdmi port or ic chip?
You need a new hdmi port or try reordering the 17-19 or something joints on the back side of the port to the motherboard. Use a heat gun with narrow tip. I used this bad boy lol

Soy jugador semi-PROFESIONAL de call of duty ( kyif logitech) es mi equipo mi id es Roccod3xerez y NECESITO ARREGLARME ESE PROBLEMA ENSERIO.
Mi problema comienza,llegé de trabajar esta tarde y me encontré al iniciar mi Ps4 que LA CUENTA ESTÁ TEMPORALMENTE INACTIVA y mire mi correo para ver el motivo , ya que una vez me pasó que por insultar y demás me bannearon y aprendí del error, así que me quede sorprendido cuando e visto este banneo ya que DESDE ME BANNEARON NO VOLVI A INSULTAR , y básicamente no e vuelto a insultar ;
lo que pasó fue que a un amigo le puse un mensaje diciendole que p u to mie rda , refiriendome a un fallo que tuve en un juego y como no tenia micros le mande ese mensaje, pues bueno, dicho amigo ayer de bromas le dije ¨te voy a denunciar a EA esport por pasarte monedas¨en plan broma y el se creyo que eera enserio y me dijo te voy a denunciar con mis cuentas por insulto y yo me reia diciendole si no te insulaedo nunca, pues el tio busco la parte del mensaje que le puse ***** ***** por el sobre y me han denunciado por decir ***** ***** a un colega??
El que me denunció( con cuenta secada77,secada10,multicuentas)cuando se a enterado de lo sucedido me a pedido perdon y demas porque HOY salia el call of duty y lo tengo pagado y reservado y no puedo ni jugar cuando me han BANEADO PORQUE UN AMIGO con 4 o 5 cuentas que el tiene para joderme pensando lo denuncie, me puso ami eso sin esperar que me fuera a pasar nada,e incluso llame a servicio de psn (operadores) y me han terminado pidiendo disculpas y que la unica forma que tienen de arreglarlo es que yo me ponga en contacto con el SIE.
