Deleted a disc game

Bravia Pixelation issues!!
So I got a new TV from my parents, it's a KDL-46EX500 model and hooked up my Playstation 4 Pro...................super pixelated.
I love how the second I look up the solution to this, there's a specific file update fix that has been posted multiple times but for some reason Sony insists I go right to the generic support page for help (where it lists all their products).
If someone can help me out here please do so because I'm going insane. No idea why I can't simply click on
