I NEED HELP!
Ok, I buy a new hard disk to my PS4, but after I turned PS4 on ( hold 7-10s to start safe mode ) with a new hard disk, but there is only one option to choose ( 7. Initialise PS4 ( Reinstall System Software ), thats ok, but when I press that comes " Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 6.02 or later. You can download the update file for reinstallation from playstation.com. " ??? That file is not that what I want (447mb), I need to reinstall that 990mb file for system software. I have both files downloaded to pc, got 32gb flash usb, PS4/UPDATE folder in it and file name is correct. But why there is only that one option to choose?? Number 7, but I cannot choose anything else? When update 6.00 came, my PS4 starts crashing all the time during gameplay, So I think, I need a new hard disk, but problems are coming even bigger! Any solution for this?

There's only one option because you have a blank hard drive that needs formatting by the PS4 and the system software needs to be installed.
Currently there is nothing on the drive.
You need to install the larger file, discard the smaller one.

Did you have the other one on your pc or there at the same time as well at some point, if so, one will have been renamed and won't be recognised. Just check that it hasn't been renamed with (1) or similar after the file name.
The other thing that can happen is your pc is set to not show extension names so people add an extra .PUP which then breaks it.

On usb, there is a right folder path, PS4/UPDATE, but I put those files on pc to different folders that the filename is correct, PS4UPDATE.PUP, cuz if they are in same folder the other is wrong PS4UPDATE(1).PUP and now both are correct

Was playing cod4 multiplayer hardcore team death split screen an it kicked me from the match right at the end and threw this code. Now it's removed the game from my wife's account but not mine. Do I just reinstall from her profile in the library or what?

I'd suggest you delete the files you have downloaded and start over.
Download only the larger file.
Do nothing to it other than putting it in the correct folders.
Make sure the USB stick is formatted to FAT32 or EXFAT.

Ma connection est bonne, j ai refais un test. Quand je vais sur le ps now et que je lance un jeu ça me met un message d erreur comme quoi le jeu n as pas pu se lancer et que je dois réessayer. J ai brau le faire toujours ce même message. Des idées ?
