My ps4 is simply locked in security mode since the 6.00 update. I can not access the system at all. I got in touch with the support, I followed all the steps and I was assured that following the procedures I would be able to access the system, but I could not. Yesterday came out the update 6.02, which theoretically would solve the problem, I downloaded and I followed all the steps. Again I was presented with the error su-42477-4 can not access system storage. I follow the procedures from step 7 in security mode, it will reboot with USB and the file will be downloaded to the site (https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/#newinstallation ), but in the end it generates this error su-42477-4 can not access system storage. Help me!! Sony, why can not I access my system? What is going on?

Most recent update stops PS4 from turning back on
Downloaded the most recent update after turning on my PS4 and now it will not restart. Update downloaded and it shut off on its own but after 10 minutes failed to reboot. Now it will not restart manually.

Hdmi port issue no signal
I have a PS4 that turns on, I get the blue light and then the white but still no signal on my tv. I’ve tried safe mode, different hdmi chords, blowing on it, different tvs, turning everything off for a while then turning it back on, I’ve even tried the one trick with tin foil. Still no signal. The HDMI port looks like it’s in perfect condition so I’m not sure what else to do. Is there anything else to try before I spend all my money sending it in to get a new HDMI port?

That's not entirely possible as the patches overwrite certain game files. They aren't separate after they've been installed, only when downloading prior to install.
Do you mean you keep losing access to add-ons instead perhaps?

No. I think that sounds like the only remaining option.
You've tried different cords/cables, different tv's, it won't display even in safe mode.
The port may look fine but that's no guarantee it is, it could also be the HDMI IC
Arrange for service and repair is about your only option now I'm afraid.
