Hello, my PS Plus subscription auto-renewed without me knowing about it, there’s been only one day since the payment was made and I want to cancel the PS Plus and get a refund, but when I press on “contact us” in the PS4 support center nothing happens and I can’t contact anybody.
When you purchased the Subscription.. The Terms of Service were there for you to read and understand how the Subscription works.. It mentions that the Auto Re-billing will be turned ON as default..
You can call Support and chat it through with them, but if they follow procedure, you won't be getting any Refund as by not turning OFF the Auto Re-billing feature, you are giving them permission to take the money.
Sony do make an incredible amount of money through this practice of people forgetting to turn this Feature OFF..
Best of Luck with Support, but don't get your hopes up for a Refund.

You can use the Help menu from above.. simply ask a question and keep saying NO.. it will eventually give you some Contact details.
