Ps4 pro rdr2 here same issue device sits along side (closer to Gateway) as my older xbox one s and I have constant issues. Like stated earlier I get good connection, ip success, psn network fail. Only in 5 ghz but connection flops Between 2.4 and 5 so its a constant struggle to play anything. Honestly I think Sony needs to get it together or pay a class action.

Error CE 35285-3 help ASAP
I keep getting an error saying someone has logged into PlayStation network and has logged you out. Sony is closed so I can’t get ahold of them. I sold my playstion to CEX last week and they assured me they would wipe it.
Is there any thing I can do or anyone I can contact?

Ps4 Controller Freezes/Not working
Samething happened to me. What I did was... I got a aluminum bat and hit the PS4 Pro just Gently, to intimidate it, so that It knows who's boss. And then of course I had the bat near me while I was playing to discipline the machine when it thinks it can mess with my gameplay! And then it starts up again, so I just went to town...
Problem solved, no ps4 pro, no conroller no problem.

PS4 controller repeatedly disconnecting
I am having the same issue, my controller is the newest revision that came with the PS4 PRO console that I purchased from GAME STOP.... I know, I know, Gamestop is the EL DIABLO in GAMES but I like to go buy things there if by any chance something is wrong with the system. like now is a great example. I would go and hit them up. So that's what i am gonna do.
I think SONY and all those BIG GAME Companies are messing up big time.

Error SU-41343-5
My brother attached a new HDD to our PS4 (previously having 500GB, now something like 2TB), and he told me to get the PS4 working. We had already backed up the data from the other HDD into a flash drive, thinking we were set.
Starting the PS4 in Safe Mode, I followed the instructions, and chose option 7. Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software), as it was the only one available. It tells me to
Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 6.20 or later.
You can download the update file for reinstallation from playstation.com.
And so I went to the website and found the file and downloaded it to a separate flash drive from the one we used to backup the data (I had already tried using the same drive as the data, and it couldn't find the file). I had previously read posts on similar topics to find that I needed to format my flash drive to exFAT or FAT, so I made sure it was (it was formatted to FAT).
So, with everything ready, I plugged the flash drive into the PS4 and pressed 'Ok'. It couldn't find the file. I then took it out to format the drive to exFAT, but to no avail. It continued to tell me that it couldn't find the file. So, being stupid as I am and desperate, I singled out the update file (as in remove both folders so the file was the ONLY thing in the flash drive), and tried again. This time, it had a different message, in effect telling me that the PS4 wasn't compatible with the drive, and that I needed to format it to exFAT.
But it was already exFAT. I can't find any solution to these problems. Help?

PS4 Stuck in Safe Mode
PS4 turns on and goes to screen telling me to use my DS4 and press the ‘ps’ button. When I do that it takes me to a screen telling me I need a new update, when I press okay it says it needs to be downloaded on a USB and then shuts the PS4 off. After that I turn it back on and hold it so it goes into Safe Mode and shows all 7 options. When I try to update from there with the 6.20 update it seems to work and even brings up a different screen saying it’s updating and gets to 100%, acts like it’s gonna restart and work, but brings me back to the start again. I’ve tried all of the other options except #6 and #7 because I don’t want to have to get rid of all my data on my PS4. Please is there anyway to fix this without everything being lost? :(

Seagate 2TB Hard Drive won't read, turn on, and just beeps quietly
Hey all, first time posting to this forum, but I have a bit of a problem. My extended hard drive, which cost me about 100 dollars, won't seem to work anymore, and I've tried to search this forum for similar issue threads, but they're either not similar enough, or don't give me enough to work with.
Currently, my external drive holds all my extra application data since having so many games is almost impossible with the tiny internal drive I have right now, and after one night where I unplugged my PS4, it just...stopped working. At first it wouldn't even let me repair or eject it, and I figured that if it's not even doing anything with the drive, I might as well disconnect and reconnect it, right? So I did that, and it stopped detecting the drive at all. Worse still, the light on the drive won't light, and the only noise it makes is a constant, repetitive beeping noise I can only barely hear unless I hold it up to my ear. I don't know if I fried the thing or what, but it's just unresponsive entirely.
I can deal with losing the data if I must so recovery isn't what I'm looking for, I only want the extended space it provides. And I don't currently have the money to buy another 100 dollar replacement. What the heck do I do?

Hi and welcome to the EU community.
Delete everything you currently have downloaded on PC and the memory stick.
Format the USB memory stick as FAT32 or exFAT
It is essential that you have the update file in the correct folders as shown below.
As you have a US account open up https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/ in another tab.
You need to scroll down to the bottom section as follows, which contaions the correct, larger, reinstallation file.
Perform a New Installation of the System Software
This procedure is for initializing your PS4™ system and performing a new installation of the system software, such as for when you replace the hard disk drive.
- Be careful when using an update file for reinstallation. All users and all data will be deleted.
The following things are needed to perform the update:
- PlayStation®4 system
- Computer connected to the Internet
- USB storage device, such as a USB* flash drive
* There must be approximately 1.1 GB of free space.- On the USB storage device, create folders for saving the update file.
Using a computer, create a folder named "PS4". Inside that folder, create another folder named "UPDATE". - Download the update file, and save it in the "UPDATE" folder you created in step 1.
Save the file with the file name "PS4UPDATE.PUP".Click to start the download.
- Turn off the power of your PS4™ system completely.
Check that the power indicator is not lit. If the power indicator is lit up in orange, press the power button on the PS4™ system for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps a second time). - Connect the USB storage device to your PS4™ system, and then press the power button for at least 7 seconds.
The PS4™ system starts in safe mode. - Select [Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)].
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
- On the USB storage device, create folders for saving the update file.
- If your PS4™ system does not recognize the update file, check that the folder names and file name are correct. Enter the folder names and file name in single-byte characters using uppercase letters.
