The only thing I can find for this code, which seems to have worked for people is
"Go to GTAV, hit the option button, and have it check for updates. When I got that error with Hitman, it was because it was trying to install an update I had already installed. If the system tells you the game is already the latest version, just delete the update file and you should be fine."
Obviously you aren't going to GTA-V, but R6. Hopefully this will help you

The power button on your actual ps4 silly. Not the power button on the controller. hold it ON THE PLAYSTATION. =) It'l boot in safe mode. I can get it to boot in safe mode, however, I can't get my controller to connect or interact via either port D=

I’m having issues with installing this update. It doesn’t work want to install. It just constantly repeats over and over for hours on end. I’ve tried safe mode, deleting and wiping my hard drive, it worked. But needed to be updated and ended up back at square one.
Your download link does t work. Says the page doesn’t exist. So all day I been seeing my game repeat the installation.

sorry, so I've been playing offline the last time i logged on was around when the dlc for bloodbourne came out i think. So say they did delete it what can i do to reactivate it or something?
I tried live chat, i'm in Australia. i didn't know any other way to contact them.

this stupid update also cause my PS4 to give black screen on startup and was having a hard time to go in to safe mode. Lucky, I was able to run a structure rebuild and found that my FF xv game save does not show. I almost lost my game save if I did not go online and find out that game save are ties to the game patch version. This is very stupid. 1st - game save wont show if my game patch version is different, 2nd - game save backup to online storage only can use PS plus service.
